Hello to everyone from Orange County,New York, I am a health care professional who is concerned with public health and the environment.Currently our county has several proposals(permit applications) Title V(2) and Article X in the works with the EPA and NYSDEC.The public library has been essential in helping to bridge the gap between the average citizen right to know and the EPA'S (for a lack of of better word) .. inability to provide. I look forward to this two week dialogue.
